Emory’s Clairmont Campus is located on Clairmont road next to the VA Hospital.

The Student Activity & Academic Center provides a drop-off and pick-up zone for parents bringing their children to a summer camp on the Clairmont Campus at Emory University.
We ask that all vehicles please follow the highlighted area above to ensure safe, quick, and seamless drop-off and pick-up for all participants.
Morning Drop-Off Zone:
- Enter Clairmont Campus off of Clairmont Road between Veterans Affairs Hospital and North Decatur Road.
- Make an immediate right on to Dooley Drive.
- Follow Dooley Drive up and around the bend curving to the left.
- Pass Autism Resource Center, Hope Lodge, and Mason Guest House.
- Follow Dooley Drive down and around the bend curving to the right.
- There will be counselors and tables setup in the cul-de-sac for camp check-in.
- Please exit the cul-de-sac the same way you entered.
Afternoon Pick-Up Zone:
- Enter Clairmont Campus off of Clairmont Road between Veterans Affairs Hospital and North Decatur Road.
- Make an immediate right on to Dooley Drive.
- Follow Dooley Drive up and around the bend curving to the left.
- Pass Autism Resource Center, Hope Lodge, and Mason Guest House.
- Follow Dooley Drive down and around the bend curving to the right.
- Please idle your vehicle at this time.
Idling Vehicle:
- Move vehicle to the curb farthest to the right as to not block traffic.
- Please turn on hazard lights.
- Remain in this position until identifying your participant.
- After identified please move to the cul-de-sac for pick-up.
- Please exit the cul-de-sac the same way you entered.
Directions to the Student Activity & Academic Center from outside town:
From I-20 Eastbound
Take exit 60-B, the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn right on Moreland Avenue and follow it approximately 3 miles. Moreland Avenue will change to Briarcliff Road once it crosses E Ponce de Leon Avenue. Continue straight on Briarcliff Road approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur approximately 2 miles to the Clairmont Road intersection. Turn left on Clairmont Road and follow 1/4 of a mile to Starvine Way. Turn left on Starvine Way.
From I-20 Westbound
Take exit 60-B, the Moreland Avenue North exit. Turn right on Moreland Avenue and follow it approximately 3 miles. Moreland Avenue will change to Briarcliff Road once it crosses E Ponce de Leon Avenue. Continue straight on Briarcliff Road approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road. Turn right and follow North Decatur Road approximately 2 miles to the Clairmont Road intersection. Turn left on Clairmont Road and follow 1/4 of a mile to Starvine Way. Turn left on Starvine Way.
From I-75 Northbound or Southbound
Take exit 248-C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard Avenue and continue on Freedom Parkway. Veer left at the split and continue until it ends at E Ponce de Leon Avenue, and turn right on to Briarcliff Road. Go approximately 2 miles to North Decatur Road intersection. Turn right and follow North Decatur Road 2 miles to the Clairmont Road intersection. Turn left on Clairmont Road and follow 1/4 of a mile to Starvine Way. Turn left on Starvine Way.
From I-85 Northbound
Take exit 248-C, the Freedom Parkway exit. Cross Boulevard Avenue and continue on Freedom Parkway. From I-85 Southbound
Take exit 91, the Clairmont Road exit. Turn left on Clairmont Road and follow it approximately 3 miles (passing the Briarcliff Road, LaVista Road and N Druid Hills Road intersections). Immediately passing the Veterans Affairs Hospital turn right on Starvine Way.
